All questionsWhich documents do I need to rent a car?
A Turkish ID card or passport, a valid driving license and a credit card in the name of the driver are sufficient. Foreign nationals are asked for an international driving permit or a notarized translation.
What are the age and license requirements?
Economy requires age 21 and 2 years of license; Comfort 23 years/3 years; SUV and Van 25 years/3 years; Premium 27 years/5 years. Drivers aged 21–24 may rent Economy class only, with a young driver fee of 400 ₺ per day.
How much is the deposit and how is it taken?
The security deposit is blocked on your credit card as a pre-authorization; cash is not accepted. Economy 4,500 ₺, Comfort 6,000 ₺, SUV and Van 7,500 ₺, Premium 9,500 ₺. After the return, the hold is released within 7–15 business days depending on your bank.
Is there a mileage limit?
Daily rentals include 500 km/day and monthly rentals include 4,000 km/month. Excess mileage is charged at 5 ₺ per km.
Can I cancel my booking?
Yes. You can cancel or change your booking free of charge up to 48 hours before the pickup time. For later cancellations and no-shows, one day of rental is charged.
How do I pay?
No payment is taken on the website; once your booking request is confirmed, you pay by credit card at pickup or in advance by bank transfer (EFT). For corporate customers, the invoice is issued in the company name.
